What we’ll cover:


Week 1: Introduction

This week is all about meeting each-other and diving into the initial homework. We will define your version of success, and do a business evaluation to see exactly what is working and what isn’t.

Week 2: Simplifying your business

This week is all about uncovering what areas of your business feel sticky, and need some simplifying. Some areas we’ll work through are simplifying what you do (because you can’t do it all), who you do it for, and why you do it.

Week 3: Systems and workflows

This week we will be going over how to create systems and workflows in your business and life. We will map out your processes and figure out ways to simplify or automate things to make it easier for you.

Week 4: Client Experience

This week we will go cover how to elevate your client experience while continuing to create systems, and ways to make it easier for you.

Week 5: Setting boundaries

This week we will go over setting boundaries in your business to create a work/life balance that feels good.

Week 6: Self-care as a business owner

This week we will go over how to take care of yourself as a business owner and how we can prioritize ourselves and our mental health to serve our clients better.

Week 7: Wrap-up and review

This week we will wrap everything up and go over some of the key learning points. We will talk about next steps for everyone and how to keep the momentum going.


The 7-Group Calls will include:

  • 20-30 minutes of me teaching you strategies to simplify, streamline and balance your business and life.

  • 30-60 minutes for us to review each participants homework, work through any problem areas, questions, and action steps for how to move forward.

Working for other people has never worked for me. I realized this in the cubical of my first corporate job and was reminded again at my second, and third, full-time job. Often times I felt myself asking “is this all there is left? Am I supposed to just sit at this desk for the rest of my life, clocking in and out? There has to be more to life than just this!”

We both believe that time is our most valuable asset, and we want to use that time to explore the world, spend time with our families, and build something that matters, fuels and inspires us.

Because at my core, I truly believe that you can have a business that feels good, leaves you excited, makes you money, and is easy!

This is why efficiency is so important to me. My family will laugh and tell you I always took shortcuts growing up, and my husband will tell you that I have no patience for doing things the long way.

This is where my love of systems came from, and really pairing down your business to only the parts that are exciting!

I genuinely want to see small business owners succeed in doing what they love. I understand that working for other people doesn’t always work and I know, first hand, what you can accomplish when you have a professional business that not only functions on the outside, but on the inside too.

Is this a course?

No this is not a course, this is a group mentorship program. We will meet every other week for the next two months working through the topics listed above. Each week you will get homework to work on preparing you for the next call. Each call there will be a small learning session where I cover the topic, and then time to go over everyone’s homework and pain points. Each week you will have the opportunity to get specific feedback for you and your business. So really it’s better then a course, because you will be getting specific actionable advice just for you, based on what your version of success is through your business and life.

How many people are in it?

I want to keep these small and intimate so each person has the chance to get the help they need and to cultivate a safe space for everyone to share. These groups will be limited to 5-6 people.

When and what time will we meet?

This will be determined once I have filled the spots. A survey will be sent out to pick a time and day that works for the majority of people. Calls will happen on a weekday, during business hours, or during the evening depending on everyone’s availability.

When does it start and end?

The program will start the week of April 15th, and run until mid June. Calls will be held on a weekly-basis with a small buffer week in the middle. The exact schedule will be released once you sign up, as call times will be based on everyone’s availability.

What does it cost?

Early bird pricing is two payments of $297 CAD if you sign up before April 8th, at 12 AM MST, and after that the price goes up to two payments of $347. The first one is due to save your spot, and the second payment will be due halfway through the program!

What us it in USD?

$297 CAD is approximately $223 USD . It will automatically convert on your bank statement when your payment goes through!

What does the homework look like?

That really depends on you and your business! I will provide worksheets with questions to work through, journal style, to go within yourself and uncover what it is you want. I’m not here to tell you what to do, but to guide you through what YOU want to do. I’m always here for advice and I will give my advice if asked,  but I’m here to support you and help you discover what is best for you and your business specifically.
